Goalit covers ages 5 to 20+, from U6 youth football all the way up to senior and adult amateur teams. The age you set tells Goalit how technical and tactical the drills should be — set 5 for the youngest beginners, 20 for a senior squad. Drills and themes are filtered so what works for U8 is not what is generated for an adult team.

No account is needed for the web generator — just open goalit.io and generate. The mobile app uses a free account to save your team, schedule and player profiles, but downloading the app is free.

Yes. "Football" and "soccer" mean the same sport in Goalit — the drills, themes and structure work whether you call it football or soccer. The interface is available in English and Swedish.

Yes. After Goalit generates a session you can swap any individual drill for another that fits your context, or regenerate the whole session with different parameters. In the mobile app you can also save your customized session to your team history.
